All domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. International orders are shipped through DHL.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing during peak times like holidays, and 2-5 business days for standard shipping domestically.
Processing and delivery times may be longer due to unforeseeable circumstances or high volume of orders.
LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECEIVED ITEMS:
We offer additional voluntary insurance for lost, stolen or not received packages via Route. This option is available at checkout for a small fee. If you deselect the shipping insurance at checkout, Yasmin’s Beautique will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. You may check your status on USPS.COM
. For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail FromBritt is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM
or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim. All priority orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost. If your order is valued at more then $50.00 and you would like to increase the insurance amount please contact us via email at email@example.com
. Increasing package insurance will be an additional cost.
In most cases we will offer an exchange or store credit refund. Inquiries must be made within the first 7 days of when the item was delivered according to the tracking. Any time after, we are not obligated to process an exchange or refund. Any unauthorized returns or exchanges WILL NOT be accepted. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
How does store credit/shipping work?
If the customer chooses to send back a item the customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to our warehouse. Once the store credit is used the customer must pay the shipping fee to have the new items selected shipped. We will provide a invoice via email for any shipping charges. All shipping fees must be paid before the new selections are shipped.
